Meals / Nutrition

Know your body. Know your food.

Nutrition coaching that looks beyond calories to the habits, feelings and relationships that shape how we eat.

Our approach

Food awareness, three ways.

01

Knowing your body

Learn how hunger, energy, digestion and sleep speak to you, so you can respond instead of guess.

02

Behavioral awareness

Notice the patterns behind what and when you eat, and build small, repeatable changes that hold.

03

Relational awareness

Food is shared. We explore how family, culture, stress and community shape your table.

Body-awareness education

Learn the language of your body.

Your body is already giving you information. We teach you to notice it, trust it and respond to it, one cue at a time.

  1. 01

    Hunger and fullness

Tell apart true physical hunger, habit and emotion. Learn the early, gentle signs of fullness and how pace and distraction change them. Practice: a simple 1 to 10 hunger scale before and after meals.

  2. 02

    Energy

See how meals, timing, hydration and movement shape your energy through the day, and which patterns steady you. Practice: a three-line daily energy note.

  3. 03

    Sleep

Understand how sleep and appetite pull on each other, and how evening habits shape tomorrow's hunger and mood. Practice: one wind-down change at a time.

  4. 04

    How foods feel

Notice, without judgment, how different foods and portions leave you feeling hours later: steady, heavy, bright or tired. Practice: a curious, no-rules food and feeling log.

What coaching looks like

Personal, practical and kind.

We begin with a consultation about your goals, history and routine. From there, coaching is a steady conversation: monthly sessions, check-ins, and simple tools for noticing what works for you.

Coaching pairs naturally with our chef-prepared meals and with training, and works well on its own too.

What a coaching month includes

  1. Week 1

    Notice

Review last month, set one focus and choose a simple tracking tool that fits your life.

  2. Week 2

    Practice

Try the focus at home with check-ins between sessions. Small, repeatable steps.

  3. Week 3

    Adjust

Look at what the notes show. Change the plan to match your real week, not an ideal one.

  4. Week 4

    Reflect

Your monthly coaching session. Celebrate what worked and choose next month's focus.

  • One monthly one-on-one coaching session.
  • Check-ins between sessions, with real replies.
  • Food-awareness tracking tools you can use without obsessing.
  • Optional pairing with chef-prepared meals and training.
  • Behavioral and relational food awareness woven through every month.
  • A three-month minimum, so change has time to hold.

Not medical care. Nutrition coaching here is education and support. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have a history of disordered eating, please work with your physician alongside us.
